Main Project
Our client, Solution 30, secured the TIM RFQ project valued at 210 million over 5 years, requiring 1200 technicians in total. Currently, 200 technicians are engaged, and we aim to provide 150-200 more in the upcoming years. Some existing subcontractors will be phased out due to quality concerns.
Secondary Project
We have also received a secondary project from a different company that needs 12 technicians until the end of the year for intaling radiant cable in the new Metro line under Milano and also 5g equipment on telecom towers and rooftops. The delivery dates are fixed for 15th of June 6 technicians and on the 15th of July another 6.
Belgium
2013 - 2015
For Lightbridge Communications Corporation (LCC) , we provided 3G, 4G-LTE network implementation and project management. We used radio frequency technology and worked with the operators Mobistar, Base and Proximus. We started the project by swamping the existing technologies, then upgrade to newer technologies including “HYBRID” cables that support strong signal and also electric power.
Romania
2015 - 2016
Netteam approached us with a radio access type of project. We worked with Vodafone as a provider and used fiber optics and microwave technologies. The equipments that we used were Alcatel, NEC and Ericsson.
Ireland
2016 - 2017
For KNNS we worked in 3G, 4G-LTE network implementation.The technology we used was radio frequency while working with the operator Hutchison. As equipments we used Nokia and Samsung.
Belgium
2017 - 2018
For Tech Mahindra we provided 3G, 4G-LTE network implementation (4G-LTE upgrade). The operator we worked with was Base and the technology used was radio frequency.
France

Manning Global challenged us with a unique ongoing project. We are providing 3G, 4G-LTE network implementation ( 4G-LTE SWAP ) and project management. The operator is Orange Fr and the technologies we use are radio frequency and fiber optics.
Germany

Manning Global approached us with a project where we are providing3G, 4G-LTE network implementation ( 4G-LTE SWAP ) andproject management. The operators are Deutsche Telekom and Telefonica Germany and the technologies we use are radio frequency and fiber optics.
Italy
2019 - 2020
We have won a project with one of the biggest telecom companies in Italy, BI.S. The collaboration initially started with a number of 6 technicians and ended up with 20 after 6 months.
Europe
2017 - 2018
We are collaborating with Nokia for 3G, 4G-LTE network implementation for creating innovative Air-to-ground (A2G) possibilities of the future, while also providing project management and working with radio frequency technology . At the moment it is the most challenging project. Using breakthrough technologies and hardware we are able to bring fast connectivity to planes.
Italy
2021
We have started a new entity in Italy in 2021 after we have closed a new deal with one of the top telecom company from Europe having a massive 11 000 employees in over 10 countries. The need for the new work point was so that we can receive acreditation from Telecom Italia to work on they're network. After this is done we can get many more projects also from diferent companies.
Financial forecast
After 2 months from the start of the project I have received\ some numbers to be able to create a price estimate. The price of the installation is 850 euros/BTP installed with everything included. On average a technician can install 10/month bringing the amount to 8k of gross income/technician. (these numbers are not fixed)
Future plan
Solutions 30 have projects all over Europe and on different domains. After we create stability in this project we intend to pick up a IT project as well and extend to other countries with solutions 30 and other companies.
Recruitment plan
Taking in account the necessary preparations needed to start with each teams sent I have made an estimate that 8 technicians should be sent every 2 weeks. Once there they have to attend all trainings and processes. The recruitment will be done by two employees in the office via ejobs and best jobs. We have already put out a job position to which 55 people applied from which over 15 will join the project. In the near future we will buy the right to download cvs, will start creating a data base and recruitment massively. We have also reached out to one of the biggest recruitment agency, Manpower, that have already agreed to take the project on the price of one salary/recruited technician.
